Fitness Challenges

Change the Status Quo. Challenge yourself or friends to a 30 day fitness challenge.  When you make it social, you can keep track of who is in the lead and make sure you stay on top of the leaderboard, and you create the time period.


Sample Fitness Challenges below.


  • Weight Loss Challenge: Hit your activity and calorie goals to help you reach your target weight.


  • Activity Challenge:  Get at least 60 minutes of activity today.


  • Walking Challenge: Walk for at least 20 minutes per day this week.


  • Step Challenges: Get 10,000 steps today and compete with friends.
